Solution
======
1. Check port is opened or not.
> Telnet 192.168.20.30 1433
IP Port
2. Sql Server Configuration
Go to TCP/IP
properties , check for the TCP PORT set to1433
in IPALL section.
3. Check port is allowed in Firewall, else add port in
inbound rule.
