Symptom :
1. java.lang.Exception: No Such Target or java.lang.exception: no such metric
2. Metric Collection Error
This happens because of DBSNMP passward is expired or locked.
1. Unlock and Change the password for DBSNMP.
2. Go to EM and click on Database tab
3. Search for Monitoring Configuration
4. Change the password for DBSNMP
5. Test the connection if it's successful .
6. Press Next and Submit
